Pre-Registration from 4-8 p.m. at Rock and Road Bike Shop in Weston (153 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326). Free beer while supplies last.

Pre-Registration from 3-7 p.m. at Big Wheel Cycles of Fort Lauderdale (1001 E. Sunrise Blvd. Fort Lauderdale 33304).

6:30 a.m. – Check-In/Registration for Metric Century Ride (Wave 1) Opens at the Orangetheory Registration Tent

7:00 a.m. – Warm-Up and Stretch for Metric Century Ride with Orangetheory Fitness

7:00 a.m. – Check-In/Registration for 25-Mile Ride (Wave 2) Opens at the Orangetheory Registration Tent

7:30 a.m. – Metric Century (Wave 1) Departure

7:30 a.m. – Warm-Up and Stretch for the 25-Mile Ride with Orangetheory Fitness

8:00 a.m. – 25-Mile Ride (Wave 2) Departure

8:30 a.m. – Family Ride (Wave 3) Check-In/Registration Opens at the Orangetheory Registration Tent.

9:00 a.m. – Vendor’s Row Opens (Children’s Activities, Face Painting, Massage Tent, Vendor Tents, Music, Silent Auction Choices, and more)

10:00 a.m. – Warm-Up and Stretch for the Family Ride with Orangetheory Fitness

10:30 a.m. – Family Ride (Wave 3) Departs

Noon – Silent Auction begins once all rides have returned

1:00 p.m. – Goodbyes and Clean-up
